  • Data Processor

    Description

    The Data Processor position reports directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for the creation of a product as defined by an Assistant Project Manager.

    Products have a wide range of specifications and are typically produced by translating data gathered and provided by field teams into 2D plans, 3D models, site surveys and/or virtual site tours.

    Primary Objective

    Perform assigned tasks in a manner consistent with Eco3d standards and as instructed by Assistant Project Managers.

    Responsibilities

    1. Perform assigned project tasks within allotted parameters (quality and duration)
    2. Utilize a variety of computer software programs to complete projects
    3. Engage with the Production Manager to develop technical skills and to expand your capabilities.
    4. Maintain Timesheets, attendance, and professionalism while having clear and consistent communication and time management skills
    5. Maintain working knowledge of Eco-System, Outlook, Wiki, Company policies, Trello and Resource Guru

  • Assistant Project Manager

    Description

    Assistant Project Managers report directly to the Program Manager; serving a critical role in project planning, oversight and execution. Projects will be assigned by the Project Manager to the Assistant Project Managers, who will engage with the PM to develop a Project Execution Plan. This role will then will carry out said plan utilizing available resources (internal and external) while ensuring schedule, quality and scope are being satisfied

    Primary Objective

    Coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects up to a point of final review; providing clear direction and oversight to the resources assigned.

    Responsibilities

    1. Clearly relay task expectations and parameters to assigned resources (quality and duration).
    2. Monitor task level execution of project to ensure successful completion.
    3. Continuously increase level of contribution during the Process Plan meeting with the Project Manager.
    4. Produce a product that meets schedule, contract scope requirements and is consistent with Eco3d Standards.
    5. Fulfill the QC role as defined in the Project Execution Flowchart and the Team Function Chart.
    6. Author Consultant Work Requests and submit to Project Manager for Approval.
    7. Review field data prior to acceptance for compliance with project scope and Eco3d standard expectations.
    8. Utilize a variety of computer software programs to complete projects
    9. Maintain Timesheets, attendance, and professionalism while having clear and consistent communication and time management skills
    10. Maintain working knowledge of Eco-System, Outlook, Wiki, Company policies, Trello and Resource Guru

  • Field Technician

    Description

    As a Field Technician that specializes in data collection, you will physically represent Eco3d to our clients while accessing project sites in person. This role operates outside of the office, on job sites throughout the country, returning to the office between projects. Frequent travel for multiple days at a time is required and flexibility in that regard is expected.

    The position supports the ‘capture’ of existing conditions using a variety of techniques and technology. Examples of some of the documentation done on site are: 3D laser scanning, observation, measurement, plan notation and photography.

    Primary Objective

    Represent your Eco3d team in a professional manner while safely documenting project sites.

    Responsibilities

    1. Execute data collection in a method to achieve the scope of the contract under the guidance and instruction of your assigned supervisor.
    2. While traveling:
      1. Meet communication requirements as established by your supervisor.
      2. Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your equipment.
      3. Present yourself in a professional manner.
    3. Maintain your equipment in proper working order.
    4. Maintain Timesheets, attendance, and professionalism while having clear and consistent communication and time management skills
    5. Maintain working knowledge of Eco-System, Outlook, Wiki, Company policies, Trello and Resource Guru

    Physical Requirements (including, but not limited to):

    1. Lift up to 50 pounds: Raising objects/equipment from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position.
    2. Climbing: Ascending or descending ladders IAW OSHA guidelines, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
    3. Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling and walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces.
    4. Working in and utilizing mechanical aerial lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, raised metal floors
    5. Wearing Personal Protection Equipment: Hard hats, steel toe boots, clean suits, able to wear fall protection harness and lanyard, heavy protection equipment
    6. Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
    7. Crouching: Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine
    8. Standing for long periods of time
    9. Walking at a fast pace
    10. Working swing shifts (before or after normal business hours)
    11. Able to work in inside and outside conditions
    12. Able to work in close quarters
